The event will take place from: August 10th 2025 – August 18th 2025 (August 10th is the day of arrival and the 18th is the day of departure).

All applications will be reviewed and evaluated by the coordination team. The best applications will be chosen and both the accepted and rejected applicants will be notified.
We aim for closing the first round of applications by 20th of June 2025 and you will be notified no later than 1st of July 2025.
